Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline bought a restrictive clarification regarding pop singer Jamie Spears's father, according to Federline's lawyer. Los Angeles divorce attorney Save Vincent Kaplan tells NBC Info that lighted restrictions gain access to all Sean Preston and Jayden James and imply geographical restrictions, including housing and college.
Restrictive lighting remains below the seal and was not considered by NBC Info.
The savvy used to be bought after a feud between Kevin Federline's son Sean Preston and Jamie Spears on Aug. 24 at Spears's Ventura County residence, Kaplan said. Federline says Spears broke a door to reach his grandson and grabbed him when he was inside the room, according to his lawyer. There were no visible injuries or injuries to the newborn.
"There was a mismatch that happened while Britney and the youngest of us were visiting Jamie at their house, which ended in a body fight that used to be seen by Jayden," says Kaplan. "Britney did the right thing and removed the younger ones from us and got them out, but the trauma for the younger ones is still."
Kaplan says he accompanied Federline to the Ventura County delegate the following day, August 25, to file a police file in an attempt to enforce emergency protection for her two children with Britney Spears. Kaplan says they are trying to sort things out that they have decided not to pursue a probation hearing about enlightened domestic violence against Jamie after notifying Britney's lawyers.
Sgt. Marta Bugarin of Ventura County Sheriff's Commercial Enlighten told NBC Info that the allegation used to be filed as a misdemeanor on a baby. The case has been referred to the Ventura County prosecutor's Enlighten, and prosecutors are looking into the allegations of child abuse made by Jamie Spears by Kevin Federline on August 24 to see if the criminal charges should be filed.
Representatives of Jamie and Britney Spears did not respond directly to an NBC Info question.
Federline and the boys are all "doing a lot" now Kaplan mentioned.
"It used to be crucial to Kevin that, despite this match, the younger ones still had perseverance and meaningful contact with their mother," he said. "Britney has engaged in proper parenting behavior, removing her from an unhealthy history."
The alleged incident prompted Federline and Kaplan to file paper on August 28 to formally amend the damaged couple's outdated 50/50 custody agreement. Federline currently has custody of the boys for "over 90" percent of the time, an association that Kaplan says has been in unofficial status for nearly three hundred and sixty-five days.
Despite reports that the current custody agreement grants Britney Spears unsupervised visitation rights, Kaplan mentioned "custody remains supervised".
